In memory of an incredible woman, who lived an astonishing life. Our Aunt, Dr. Patricia Vampatella taught Nursing at St. Joe's. She was a remarkable woman who earned her Master's in Nursing Administration, as well as her Doctor of Education degree, all while managing her four children and thirteen grandchildren! She was delighted when her great nephew decided to attend Saint Joseph's College of Maine. She was as deeply kind as she was intelligent, and is dearly missed.

St. Joseph’s was my best opportunity to earn my BSN remotely when I did. Everyone I encountered there was so extremely supportive and knowledgeable and kind. It was an amazing experience being there during my 2 week residency and my instructors were very understanding and easy to communicate when I was learning at home. I am so grateful for that.
